Brady Nash

Brady is the co-founder and former CEO of BNG Team and ConnectBooster, which provides FinTech products and B2B services to thousands of companies in all 50 states as well as internationally. Brady started his career selling credit card processing services door-to-door in the payment industry in 2005, eventually growing a 9-digit portfolio of companies and real estate ventures. During this journey BNG made the Inc 5000 list 7 years in a row for fastest growing private companies in the United States, ranking as high as 2nd in North Dakota and 1,769 in the nation. Even more impressively, they were recipients of the Inc’s Best Workplaces Award in 2019 and 2020, being the only company in North Dakota to receive this award and one of only 300 companies to receive this award nationwide.

Brady says they were always more proud of how they built the business than of how big they built it. They were just fortunate enough to do both at a high level. They give all credit of these successes to God’s continual guidance and provisions.

In 2021, Brady and his business partner Ryan Goodman sold their payments business to a multi-billion-dollar private equity-backed firm. Since then, Brady has formed Nash Capital to invest and start dozens of new business ventures. He works on the strategic side of the businesses, allowing him to be more present with his young family.

Brady’s expertise is recruiting and deploying high-performing teams that drive consistent execution across multiple businesses. Brady brings a network of industry experts and executives to the table to identify opportunities, raise funds, and support sustainable growth.

Outside work, Brady enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and six kids, coaching sports teams, traveling, and engaging in all of his kids’ activities.

Jason Gibb

Jason Gibb is the former COO of BNG Team and now heads operations for Nash Capital and its partner companies. Jason brings over two decades of experience helping hundreds of entrepreneurs, SMBs, and Fortune 500 companies achieve growth and professional success through leadership and operational excellence.

Jason has held technology and business management positions for most of his career, building tech and ops teams starting in the early days of the Internet boom. His expertise includes software development leadership, project management, client engagement, product management, marketing, and operations across industries including financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Jason received his bachelor’s from Reed College and his MBA from NDSU. He is Lean certified, ScrumMaster certified, and a trained EOS Integrator. In his spare time, Jason enjoys running, gaming, and family time with his wife and two kids.
