Brady Nash was the co-founder, CEO, and driving force behind BNG Team, a portfolio of companies providing B2B solutions for small-to-medium businesses and entrepreneurs. Brady and his friends and co-founders Ryan Goodman and Tyler Buechler dropped out of NDSU to go into business together. In 2007 they formed BNG Holdings to offer merchant services to SMBs. From there the team expanded into point-of-sale solutions, payment automation software, website and e-commerce development, inbound lead generation, digital marketing, insurance, promotional products, signage, managed IT, and other business services.

BNG Team’s commitment to excellence earned regional and national accolades, including the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies seven years in a row, Inc’s Best Workplaces award two years in a row, and Best Place to Work in North Dakota.

In 2021, they sold the merchant services and payment automation businesses to Kaseya, Inc. for a nine-figure exit. That same year Brady founded Nash Capital — along with sister companies GooNa Capital and GoodNash formed with his business partners — to continue investments in technology, real estate, construction, and related industries.

At the center of our business successes are five core values that guide every decision — Integrity, Excellence, Ambition, Creativity, and Happy & Grateful. These are not just words but living and breathing principles that shape the way our companies interact with clients, select and grow employees, build partnerships, and choose investments.
